Shop Drawings, Sketches, and As-Builts drafted via AutoCad as needed to move the project forward on schedule for CofO and/or Closeout and Retention.
RFI’S, SUBMITTALS, DOCUMENT COORDINATION
Find, Issue, and Distribute RFI’s.
Coordination and Verification of RFI and Submittal Execution.
Organization of Construction Documents, Internal and Distribution to the Subs.
Run OAC Meetings, and Weekly Internal Team Meetings.
GENERAL LABOR
Assembly of Roof Equipment, Electrical Box Out / Make Up, General Site Work for GC temp facilities.
ON-SITE COORDINATION AND QUALITY CONTROL
Detail Drawings Performed On Site. Same Day Solutions to Field Constraints.
